e-Info Client Portal

Our Client’s customer portal (e-Info) was outdated in its design as well as in it’s functionality. We were tasked to implement a complete overhaul and redesign that would facilitate a better user experience. e-Info is a customer web portal used by our Client to exchange real-time ERP information with their customers. The portal allows our Client’s customers the ability to better manage their business equipment. Customers can log in to a dedicated and secure website where they can order supplies and check order status, input meter readings and view meter history, initiate service requests, monitor account information and view account summary information.
